Energy wells is seeking an experienced HVAC & Central Cooling Duct Maintenance Technician for a maintenance and installation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems and central cooling ductwork on industrial and commercial projects.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HVAC and central cooling duct maintenance.
- Must hold a Technical Certificate or Diploma in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working on at least 6–7 major HVAC maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Air handling units (AHUs), FCUs, chillers, ventilation systems, and ductwork.
- HVAC control systems and troubleshooting.
- Air balancing and duct inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- English language proficiency is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and central cooling systems.
- Inspect, clean, repair, and replace air ducts, filters, dampers, fans, and ventilation components.
- Diagnose HVAC system faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports.
- Ensure all work complies with company and client HSE standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete maintenance activities on schedule.
