Operations Team Lead

ModernHR is currently recruiting an Operations Team Lead for one of our clients in the telecommunications industry. We are looking for an experienced operations professional to lead warehouse activities across multiple facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-coordinated operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across multiple warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transportation teams and project managers.
• Oversee warehouse infrastructure, including equipment, utilities, and fuel management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Monitor warehouse performance and prepare daily operational reports.
• Coordinate and oversee kitting and de-kitting activities for marketing campaigns and operational projects.
• Assign daily tasks and provide guidance to warehouse operations staff.
• Train team members on operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular team meetings, evaluate performance, and recommend development opportunities.
• Coordinate shift handovers to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar operational leadership role.
• Previous experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, logistics coordination, and workplace safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Lean Six Sigma, IATA/FIATA, or other logistics certifications are considered an advantage.
