Company: ModernHR (Recruiting on behalf of a client in the Telecommunications Industry)

ModernHR is currently recruiting a Procurement & Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the telecommunications industry. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support procurement operations, vendor onboarding, ERP system processing, and administrative activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance across procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and consolidate supplier evaluation reports.
  • Support vendor onboarding by collecting and verifying registration documents, including KYC, tax certificates, banking information, and compliance declarations.
  • Process purchase orders, agreements, and procurement transactions through the ERP system.
  • Maintain organized procurement records, contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness.
  • Prepare and submit weekly procurement support reports.
  • Assist procurement teams with administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Ensure procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement support, administration, purchasing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
