JOB OVERVIEW

The Head of Marketing and Sales Unit is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, investor marketing, and commercial performance across the company’s tourism and hospitality portfolio.

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Develop and implement the overall marketing and sales strategy aligned with corporate and investment objectives and assist in leading go-to-market strategies for new tourism developments and investment offerings.

·        Position the company as a leading tourism investment brand in target markets.

·        Identify new revenue channels, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

·        Drive revenue growth across hospitality assets, tourism destinations, and investment products.

·        Assist in establishing annual sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

·        Oversee B2B, B2C, and B2G corporate and leisure sales strategies.

·        Build strong relationships with travel trade partners, tour operators, airlines, and corporate clients.

·        Oversee integrated campaigns including digital marketing, PR, content, events, and trade shows.

·        Assist the manager with brand partnerships.

·        Ensure consistent brand standards across all assets and developments.

·        Drive digital transformation initiatives including CRM, automation, and data-driven marketing.

·        Oversee website strategy, paid media, and social media performance.

·        Analyze market data and customer insights.

·        Set clear objectives and accountability frameworks.

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

·        Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

·        Strategic marketing and sales planning.

·        Business development and market expansion.

·        Market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

·        Revenue management and commercial performance analysis.

·        Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

·        Digital marketing, social media, and online campaign management.

·        CRM systems and sales pipeline management.

·        Data analysis and performance reporting.

·        Project management and execution.
