JOB OVERVIEW
The Graphics Designer contributes to the implementation of Farqadan for Travel and Tourism Investment’s digital marketing strategy by managing digital content, designing promotional materials, administering social media platforms, and executing digital marketing campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand, increase audience engagement, and attract new customers.
KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Design the company’s promotional and marketing posts across digital platforms.
Create promotional materials for airline tickets, tourism packages, Umrah services, hotel reservations, and other travel-related products.
Design visual identities for marketing campaigns while ensuring consistency with the company’s branding guidelines.
Develop brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and other print and digital marketing materials.
Design website banners, landing page graphics, and social media visual assets.
Ensure full compliance with the company’s approved corporate identity and visual standards.Manage the company’s official social media accounts across all platforms.
Prepare and publish content in accordance with the approved marketing content calendar.
Schedule social media posts to maximize audience engagement.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries, and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely responses.Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms.
Optimize campaign performance to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Monitor advertising budgets and campaign effectiveness.
Write engaging marketing and promotional content.
Develop advertising copy for campaigns, promotions, and corporate communications.
Create content tailored to seasonal offers, travel promotions, and special occasions.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather accurate information for publication.
Photograph company events, activities, and promotional initiatives.
Produce short promotional videos for digital platforms.
Edit and enhance marketing videos using professional editing software.
Create daily Stories, Reels, and other short-form content for social media channels.
Protect and maintain the Farqadan brand identity across all communication channels.
Ensure consistency in design style and visual communication.
Propose branding initiatives and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
Contribute to the development of corporate profiles, company presentations, and other branding materials.
Prepare monthly marketing reports including:
Growth in followers across social media platforms.
Number of published posts.
Audience engagement metrics.
Performance and results of marketing campaigns.
Performance of paid advertising campaigns.
Best-performing posts and campaigns.
