The lnfrastructure Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s network infrastructure and connectivity environment to ensure stabiIity, performance, and availability in alignment with approved lT policies and procedures.

 About the Department

 Qualification

• Educational Background:  University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering.
• Experience Level: No minimum experience in this field.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of networking principles (LAN/WAN)
• Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and access points
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work under operational pressure

 Key Responsibilities

• lnstall and maintain network infrastructure
• Manage LAN/WAN connectivity
• Support network devices and communication systems
• Maintain CCTV connectivity infrastructure
• Monitor performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and updates
• Coordinate with the Network Unit Manager on incidents
• Ensure compliance with lT security and operational standard

 Language Requirement

English Proficiency: Upper – Intermediate المستوى المتوسط ​​- الأعلى, Advanced متقدم

Arabic Proficiency: Fluent طلاقة
