About the Role

Artisans is looking for a highly detail-oriented QA Tester — Digital Products to help us test and improve the websites, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, and other digital products we build.

We are looking for someone who does more than simply check whether a feature works.

We want someone who naturally asks:

• What could break?
• What happens with incorrect or unexpected data?
• What happens outside the normal user journey?
• Does this actually match the requirement?
• Did this change affect another part of the product?
• Is this really ready for users?

The right person should be curious, systematic, fast, and extremely attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test websites, web applications, dashboards, mobile applications, APIs, and other digital products.
• Review requirements and convert them into practical testing scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, usability, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, inconsistencies, missing validations, and usability problems.
• Write clear and reproducible bug reports.
• Document expected and actual behavior and provide supporting screenshots, recordings, or other evidence when needed.
• Retest resolved issues and verify fixes.
• Ensure new changes do not break existing functionality.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project teams.
• Participate in release validation and product-quality reviews.
• Help improve QA checklists, test cases, workflows, and release standards.
• Test quickly when required without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Can clearly communicate technical issues.

• Is curious about how software and digital products work.
• Is comfortable questioning something that does not appear ready.

Previous professional QA experience is an advantage, but it is not mandatory for candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical thinking and a genuine testing mindset.
