About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Content Creator to join our Marketing Department within the Development and Commercial Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, capturing, producing, and managing high-quality visual content that documents the progress of our urban development projects. The role will support marketing and corporate communications, project reporting, investor and stakeholder presentations, and public engagement through professional photography, videography, drone operations, graphic design, and multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs and videos of construction sites, infrastructure works, and urban development projects.

• Conduct scheduled site visits to document project progress from groundbreaking through completion.

• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and professional audio equipment.

• Produce project progress videos, promotional videos, documentaries, interviews, and milestone presentations.

• Create engaging short-form content for social media, including reels, stories, shorts, and project updates.

• Edit video content using professional software, including color grading, sound editing, subtitles, and motion graphics.

• Design visual materials for presentations, reports, websites, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns using Adobe Photoshop and related tools.

• Maintain a structured digital archive of project photographs, drone footage, videos, and other media assets.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, architects, and the marketing team to ensure technical accuracy and appropriate project representation.

• Ensure all visual content complies with company branding and communication standards.

• Support public events, project launches, site visits, and media coverage.

• Identify compelling visual stories that highlight project milestones, innovation, development progress, and community impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia content creation, photography, videography, media production, or a related field

• Experience working in construction, infrastructure, real estate, urban development, or a similar environment is an advantage
