Lazord Hotel is seeking an experienced and highly organized Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

We are looking for a professional leader with extensive hotel experience, strong team management skills, and a thorough understanding of housekeeping operations in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Supervise housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established standards before guest arrival.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shifts according to operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of linen, towels, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and resolve maintenance issues.
• Handle housekeeping-related guest complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Train, evaluate, and develop housekeeping staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate staffing and supply requirements to management.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Extensive experience in housekeeping operations and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a senior housekeeping supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of room inspection procedures, linen management, and cleaning supplies control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Good command of Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
