CESVI is an Italian international non-governmental organization (INGO) working in the field of humanitarian aid and development cooperation. The mission focuses on addressing the urgent needs of vulnerable populations while promoting resilience through protection, mental health psycho-social support and early recovery interventions. Specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Conducting appropriate Case Management for vulnerable women, men, girls and boys with identified protection concerns and risks, according to international standards and CESVI’s internal procedures.
- Respecting Case Management’s SOPs and Code of Conduct for confidentiality and the prevention of harassment.
- Maintain high-quality data collection and data storage in line with the confidentiality and data protection principles and share minimum information on the “needs-to-know” basis regarding the survivor’s personal information.
- Actively participating in team meetings and training.
- Contributing to the daily quality implementation of case management and other protection related activities, including the planning and delivery of awareness raising activities
- Implementation of Individual Protection Assistance (IPA) activities, including the distribution of in-kind and/or voucher-based IPA.
- Cooperating with other Case Managers and teams regarding the cases/families with multiple concerns.
- Responsible for the development of case plans and appropriate follow-up up for each case.
- Regular conduct of home visits and associated documentation
- Proactively contribute to quality and timely drafting of reports on the progress of general protection activities.
- Contribute to cooperation with local CSOs in the location including capacity needs assessment, capacity building, and joint activities between CESVI, CSOs and other stakeholders, including MoSA, MoE and relevant parties.
- Representing CESVI in a professional manner in meetings and ensuring effective cooperation with local partners and other relevant actors.
- Plan for appropriate hand over of tasks during periods of leave or at end of contract.
- Adhere to Children Safeguarding Policy, PSEA Policy, code of conduct, and report concerns and raise awareness among the clients and affected communities about the safeguarding and Complaints and Feedback system and how to report concerns.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in relevant field (social sciences, social work, or psychology.)
- Minimum one year of experience as case manager, PSS Officer, Protection Officer or other related position
- Previous experience in INGO desirable
- Fluency in Arabic and strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent drafting, interpersonal, interviewing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with highly vulnerable groups
