Security Team Lead

ModernHR is currently recruiting a Security Team Lead for one of our clients in the telecommunications industry. We are seeking an experienced security professional to oversee physical security operations across multiple warehouse facilities, lead security personnel, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee physical security operations across multiple warehouse locations.
• Supervise Security Officers across all shifts and ensure effective shift coverage and handovers.
• Manage access control for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Oversee 24/7 CCTV surveillance operations and ensure continuous system monitoring.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, theft, breaches, and emergencies.
• Implement and maintain emergency response procedures, evacuation plans, and security protocols.
• Prepare daily security reports, incident logs, and periodic security performance reports.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Schedule Security Officers and ensure adequate staffing across all shifts.
• Train and mentor Security Officers on security procedures, emergency response, and access control.
• Conduct regular security drills and evaluate team performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, vigilance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in security management, preferably within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
• Previous experience leading and supervising security teams.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operations, incident management, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
• Native Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Security clearance eligibility is required.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Security Professional (CSP), First Aid/CPR, or Fire Safety are considered an advantage.
