Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Administration & Reception Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation and archives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and maintain correspondence.
  • Prepare, organize, and file office documents.
  • Maintain physical and electronic records and archives.
  • Support daily administrative and office operations.
  • Coordinate with different departments when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration or reception is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
