Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Administration & Reception Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation and archives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Respond to emails and maintain correspondence.
- Prepare, organize, and file office documents.
- Maintain physical and electronic records and archives.
- Support daily administrative and office operations.
- Coordinate with different departments when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration or reception is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
