JOB OVERVIEW
The Driver carries out daily transportation operations for travelers and employees according to approved schedules, ensuring the highest levels of safety, professional discipline, and service quality.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive assigned vehicles for passenger transportation in accordance with approved operational schedules.
* Adhere strictly to arrival and departure times, as well as all issued operational instructions.
* Ensure the vehicle is fully prepared before operation (fuel level, cleanliness, and safety condition).
* Greet passengers in a professional manner, especially during VIP trips.
* Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
* Immediately report any technical faults or traffic accidents to the relevant supervisor.
* Complete daily vehicle inspection forms before and after each trip.
* Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at all times, both interior and exterior.
* Coordinate and cooperate with the field coordinator and transport supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
* Do not transport any passengers not listed in approved manifests without official authorization.
* Maintain confidentiality of passenger information and trip details.
* Adhere to the approved uniform policy and maintain professional conduct at all times.
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent driving skills with valid driving license for required vehicle category
* Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations
* Ability to operate different types of vehicles (cars, vans, buses if applicable)
* Basic understanding of vehicle systems and warning indicators

* Ability to anticipate and prevent accidents or hazards
* Strict adherence to safety procedures and company transport policies

* Ability to manage passenger needs calmly and respectfully
- Vehicle Care & Basic Maintenance
* Ability to perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights, brakes)
* Reporting mechanical issues promptly
* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness
TRAININGS and CERTIFICATIONS
Valid driving license for the appropriate vehicle category in accordance with national traffic regulations.
* Clean driving record with no serious or repeated traffic violations.
* Defensive driving training certificate (preferred/required depending on company policy).
* Basic road safety and traffic regulation training.
* First aid certification and basic emergency response training.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
English proficiency: Intermediate
Arabic proficiency: Intermediate
