يتولى مسؤول المخازن مسؤولية تنفيذ العمليات اليومية للمخزن، بما يشمل استلام المواد والمنتجات وتخزينها وجردها وتجهيزها وصرفها بدقة وأمان، مع ضمان صحة سجلات المخزون والالتزام بإجراءات الجودة والسلامة.

مهام الوظيفة

• استلام المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف والمنتجات النهائية والتحقق منها.
• تنظيم مواقع التخزين ووضع الملصقات التعريفية والمحافظة على نظافة المخزن.
• تطبيق أنظمة الوارد أولاً يُصرف أولاً (FIFO) والأقرب انتهاءً يُصرف أولاً (FEFO).
• تنفيذ عمليات التجهيز والتحميل والصرف وإعداد مستندات الشحن.
• تحديث سجلات المخزون بدقة على نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة أو نظام إدارة المخازن.
• إجراء عمليات الجرد الدوري والتحقيق في فروقات المخزون وتسويتها.
• متابعة المواد التالفة أو المحجوزة أو منتهية الصلاحية أو غير المطابقة.
• التنسيق مع فرق سلسلة التوريد والجودة والإنتاج.
• ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة أثناء التخزين والتحميل واستخدام الرافعات الشوكية.
• المساهمة في المحافظة على دقة المخزون وسلامة المواد المخزنة.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في الخدمات اللوجستية أو سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة المخازن أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في عمليات المخازن ضمن قطاع التصنيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول.
• خبرة في عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والصرف والجرد.
• معرفة بأنظمة ERP أو WMS.
• معرفة بأنظمة FIFO وFEFO وإجراءات مراقبة المخزون.
• القدرة على التحقيق في فروقات المخزون وإجراء التسويات.
• معرفة بإجراءات السلامة داخل المخازن.
• مهارات جيدة في التنظيم والدقة والتواصل والعمل الجماعي.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً.

Job Description

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for carrying out daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, counting, preparing and dispatching materials and finished goods accurately and safely, while maintaining inventory records and complying with quality and safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Organize storage locations, labelling and warehouse housekeeping.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO inventory-management practices.
• Perform picking, staging, loading and dispatch activities and prepare the required documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or warehouse-management system.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate inventory variances and reconcile stock.
• Monitor damaged, blocked, expired or non-conforming inventory.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality and Production teams.
• Ensure storage, loading and forklift activities comply with safety requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect the integrity of stored materials.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse-operations experience within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience in receiving, storage, dispatch and stock-counting activities.
• Knowledge of ERP or warehouse-management systems.
• Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO and inventory-control procedures.
• Ability to investigate inventory variances and perform stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of warehouse-safety procedures.
• Good organizational, accuracy, communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
