Ticketing & Travel Officer

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to manage ticket reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries. The role involves handling airline or travel-related ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy in bookings, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Years of experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or a related field.

Job duties

  • Manage airline ticket bookings, cancellations, and re-issuance.
  • Assist customers with travel inquiries, schedules, and fare details.
  • Operate reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Saber.
  • Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and compliance with airline policies.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when necessary.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ticketing or travel agency operations.
  • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Working days

Six days per week. Saturday to Thursday

Working hours

08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (including break time as per company policy)
