Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to manage ticket reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries. The role involves handling airline or travel-related ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy in bookings, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Years of experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or a related field.
Job duties
- Manage airline ticket bookings, cancellations, and re-issuance.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, schedules, and fare details.
- Operate reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Saber.
- Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance and compliance with airline policies.
- Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when necessary.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
- Proven experience in ticketing or travel agency operations.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Working days
Six days per week. Saturday to Thursday
Working hours
08:00 AM to 04:00 PM (including break time as per company policy)
