We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the QMS across the organization.
✔ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
✔ Promote quality awareness and a culture of continual improvement at all organizational levels.
✔ Monitor QMS performance through internal audits, KPIs, and management reviews.
✔ Identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
✔ Collaborate with departments across the organization to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
✔ Support certification audits and ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Quality, or a related field.
🔹 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management, QMS implementation, or a similar role.
🔹 Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, auditing techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
