We are seeking an experienced Procurement Expert with a strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects to support our work for OMV and will be engaged through a third-party contract.
Key responsibilities
- Support procurement activities throughout the EPC project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage requests for quotations, tenders and bid evaluations.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, commercial and supply-chain teams to clarify requirements.
- Evaluate supplier and contractor offers against technical and commercial criteria.
- Support negotiations and help achieve competitive terms, quality and delivery outcomes.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, deliveries and procurement documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure procurement activities follow applicable procedures.
Experience and skills
- Proven experience in procurement on EPC projects it is a must
- Familiarity with sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation and supplier negotiations.
- Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
