Position Summary:
Neom is looking for a Network & Security Engineer responsible for managing and securing the company’s network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, Cisco firewalls, and FortiGate firewalls, supporting Neom’s critical payment and digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
– Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco switches and network infrastructure.
– Configure and manage Cisco and FortiGate firewalls, including HA, ACLs, NAT and security policies.
– Manage VLANs, routing, VPNs, DMZ and network segmentation.
– Implement secure network architecture for payment and critical systems.
– Monitor network and firewall performance, availability and security events.
– Troubleshoot network connectivity and security incidents.
– Maintain firewall rules, configurations, backups and network documentation.
– Implement secure connectivity with banks, payment partners and external service providers.
– Support PCI DSS compliance, particularly network segmentation and protection of the Cardholder Data Environment (CDE).
– Work with the SOC/SIEM team to investigate and respond to security incidents.
– Participate in vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and disaster-recovery exercises.
– Provide technical support during new system implementations and infrastructure changes.

Required Skills:
– Strong hands-on experience with Cisco switching and routing.
– Hands-on experience with Cisco Firewalls and FortiGate.
– Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, VPN, NAT, ACL and network security.
– Knowledge of firewall HA and network redundancy.
– Understanding of cybersecurity principles and network hardening.
Knowledge of PCI DSS is highly preferred.
– Experience in banking, payment or fintech environments is an advantage.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in network and security engineering.
CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

Mizran Street, near Al-Jumhouria Bank (Mizran Branch).
