Al Hadaf Medical Group, a leading company in Libya specializing in the import and distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and healthcare products, is looking for a motivated and qualified Medical Representative to join our team.

 Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical Sciences, or another relevant scientific field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and conduct regular field visits.
• Target-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion is an advantage.

 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and professionally present the company’s pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals according to assigned plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and healthcare providers.
• Prepare accurate visit and activity reports.
• Support the achievement of the company’s sales and marketing objectives.

 المتطلبات والمؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الطب، الصيدلة، العلوم الطبية أو أي تخصص علمي ذي صلة.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتفاوض.
• القدرة على بناء علاقات مهنية متميزة والمحافظة عليها مع الأطباء والصيادلة والمؤسسات الصحية.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب، وخاصة برامج Microsoft Office.
• إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والقيام بالزيارات الميدانية.
• القدرة على العمل وفق الأهداف وتحقيق النتائج المطلوبة.
• يُفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات الدوائية أو الترويج الطبي.

 المهام والمسؤوليات

• الترويج لمنتجات الشركة الدوائية والطبية وعرضها بشكل احترافي على المختصين في القطاع الصحي.
• تنفيذ الزيارات الميدانية وفق الخطط والجداول المعتمدة.
• بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية.
• إعداد وتقديم تقارير الزيارات والأنشطة بشكل منتظم.
• المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف الشركة البيعية والتسويقية.
