Marketing Manager(مدير التسويق)

Lancaster Burj Al Hayat Hotel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the hotel’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual marketing strategy and marketing plans.
• Manage the hotel’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and online promotions.
• Manage content creation for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns for rooms, restaurants, events, and hotel facilities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Develop partnerships with media, influencers, tourism companies, corporate clients, and other relevant organizations.
• Manage the hotel’s social media presence and coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and suppliers when required.
• Support the development of hotel events, offers, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect the hotel’s professional standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of the local hospitality and tourism market is an advantage.
