Job Title: Corporate Follow-Up & Performance Engineer
Department: Corporate Performance
Reports To: General Manager
Job Purpose:
To monitor corporate performance across departments, ensure the effective implementation of management decisions, track strategic initiatives and operational objectives, and provide accurate performance analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
*Enhance workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support the timely delivery of organizational objectives and projects.
*Follow up on management directives and ensure timely execution across all departments.
* Monitor departmental and corporate KPIs and evaluate performance against established targets.
* Track progress of operational, technical, and strategic projects.
* Coordinate with department managers to obtain progress updates and identify challenges affecting performance.
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for executive management.
* Monitor action plans resulting from management meetings and ensure closure of assigned tasks.
* Analyze operational performance data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Support the implementation of corporate objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and tracking tools.
* Conduct root cause analysis for delays, performance gaps, and missed targets.
* Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and management requirements.
* Assist in the development and review of KPIs, performance measurement systems, and reporting frameworks.
* Coordinate with HSE, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Participate in audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance management, project follow-up, operations support, planning, or corporate reporting, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
* Strong understanding of KPIs, performance monitoring, and reporting systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
* Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms is preferred.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
