Wall Street English, one of Arkan Holding Group’s subsidiaries, is looking for an experienced and motivated Center Director to join its team in Misrata, Libya.

Job Summary
The Center Director will be responsible for the overall sales, operational, and service performance of the center. The role involves leading and developing the center team, achieving sales and business targets, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and service teams to achieve business and sales targets.
- Monitor center KPIs, sales performance, student satisfaction, and operational results.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase student enrollment and market share.
- Ensure consistent application of company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Build effective collaboration between the sales and service teams.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and center resources effectively.
- Monitor the center’s financial performance and contribute to achieving profitability targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely performance reports for management.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, clean, and high-quality center environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
- Experience in managing teams and working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Experience managing a business or Profit & Loss is an advantage.
- Experience in the education, training, or premium B2C sector is preferred.
- Experience working within a franchise model is an advantage.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service quality.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and take ownership of results.
