-Proven experience in landscape design, planting, and grounds maintenance
-Strong knowledge of irrigation systems (design, installation, troubleshooting)
-Familiarity with soil analysis and climate-appropriate plant selection
-Knowledge of pest and plant disease management, including safe use of agrochemicals
-Team leadership and supervisory skills for coordinating field-gardening crews
-Budgeting and resource planning ability
-Strong report writing and documentation skills
-Good communication skills – Arabic
-Ability to work outdoors and adapt to site-specific environmental conditions
-Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling – reporting tools
