Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to Support daily office operations and provide administrative support to various department. the ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient office procedure and ensuring smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and operational departments.
  • Prepare, organize and maintain company records, reports and confidential documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update databases, personnel records, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure proper document control and filing in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
