Job Description – Account Manager.
Location: Tripoli.
Reporting to: Head of Business B2B.
Working hour: Sunday –Thursday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Annual leave: 30 days /annum.
Contract: As per the Libyan law.
Tax & Social Media: As per the Libyan law.
Duties & Responsibility:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Acquire new B2B clients to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Implement and follow up management plans to achieve business targets.
- Conduct daily follow up for B2B client activities and ensure proper support.
- Monitor obstacles faced by clients and provide effective solutions.
- Supervise and guide the sales representatives to ensure performance efficiency.
- Distribute sales routes/lines and allocate daily or weekly targets to the team.
- Monitor and evaluate the sales team’s performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales representatives to assess progress and address challenges.
- Ensure the proper execution of marketing strategies and field activities.
- Implement and follow up marketing campaigns ensuring planned outputs.
- Manage B2B clients’ requests and contracts, including timely renewals.
- Prepare and implement product workflows, forms, and distribution processes.
- Suggest improvements for product distribution and explore new channels.
- Participate in product design and development initiatives.
- Coordinate between management and sales team to align with company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on both client activities and sales team performance
Qualification & Key Capabilities:
- Associate degree in Sales, Business Management or related field.
- Two years working in Sales or Customer Service.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.
