AFAQ ICT is a systems integrator delivering end-to-end IT, networking, security, audio-visual, and power solutions across Libya.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze client requests and tender documents to identify and define technical requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and cost estimates.
- Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from local and international suppliers.
- Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals in both English and Arabic.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals, tracking progress through to successful closure.
- Maintain and regularly update vendor databases, supplier information.
- Record and track business opportunities, client requests, and quotations in the company’s internal systems or ERP software.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in presales, tendering, estimation, or technical sales
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) is essential. Familiarity with ERP And CRM is a plus.
- Good English
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
