Ticketing Officer

Misk Aloula for Tourism Services Ltd Co is looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to join our team in Tripoli, Libya.

Responsibilities
• Book and issue airline tickets
• Process changes, cancellations, and reissues according to airline policies
• Assist customers with schedules, fares, and travel inquiries
• Operate reservation systems (Amadeus)
• Verify passenger details against passport information
• Monitor ticketing time limits to prevent automatic cancellations
• Find the best fares and travel options for customers
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
• Maintain booking records and prepare sales reports
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (tourism or travel training is an advantage)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ticketing or a travel agency
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) for communicating with airline and client correspondence.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

 Working Hours :

8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
