 OPS Manager(Auria Manufacturing and Sales Operations)

Overview:
The General Manager plays a central role in leading Auria’s full operational and commercial cycle, overseeing production, logistics, sales performance, and financial efficiency. This position ensures that every part of the business — from sourcing natural herbs and packaging to online sales and retail distribution — operates smoothly and profitably. The GM translates Auria’s strategic vision into daily execution while maintaining quality, sustainability, and growth across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production and Operations Management

• Supervise daily manufacturing of Auria’s product lines including sidr powders, herbal blends, masks, and oils.

• Ensure quality control and hygiene standards (GMP-level) are followed in all production batches.

• Manage staff schedules, workflows, and operational targets.

• Oversee Odoo ERP processes for production orders, inventory tracking, and procurement.

• Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials and packaging while minimizing waste.

• Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

4. Leadership and Team Development

• Lead and motivate teams across production, logistics, and sales departments.

• Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and collaboration.

• Identify training needs and oversee staff development programs.

• Promote a culture of transparency, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

• Represent Auria in supplier meetings, trade partnerships, and external collaborations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly revenue growth per sales channel.

• Production efficiency (output vs. targets).

• Stock turnover rate and wastage percentage.

• Order fulfillment accuracy and delivery time.

• Gross margin per product line.

• Employee retention and productivity rate.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or natural beauty product operations.

• Proven experience managing multi-channel sales and production workflows.

• Proficient in Odoo ERP or similar enterprise systems.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Financial awareness and strategic decision-making ability.

• Passion for natural products, sustainability, and holistic business management.
