يدعم مسؤول الجودة أنشطة مراقبة وضمان الجودة من خلال فحص المواد والمنتجات النهائية، وإجراء الاختبارات الدورية، والمحافظة على دقة السجلات، ومتابعة الالتزام بمعايير الجودة المعتمدة.

مهام الوظيفة

• فحص المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والتغليف الواردة ومقارنتها بالمواصفات المعتمدة.
• جمع العينات من خطوط الإنتاج والمنتجات النهائية لإجراء الاختبارات.
• إجراء الاختبارات الفيزيائية والكيميائية والبصرية الدورية.
• تسجيل نتائج الاختبارات والفحوصات بدقة.
• تحديد المواد أو المنتجات غير المطابقة لمتطلبات الجودة والإبلاغ عنها.
• المساعدة في التحقيق في الانحرافات والعيوب وشكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بالجودة.
• متابعة عمليات الإنتاج للتأكد من الالتزام بالإجراءات والمعايير المعتمدة.
• التحقق من التعبئة والتغليف والملصقات والمظهر العام للمنتجات.
• حفظ العينات المرجعية وسجلات المختبر.
• التأكد من صيانة وتنظيف ومعايرة أجهزة المختبر.
• متابعة معايير النظافة والترتيب في مناطق الإنتاج والتخزين.
• المساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• دعم إعداد وتحديث إجراءات ونماذج الجودة.
• التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والمخازن وسلاسل الإمداد بشأن مسائل الجودة.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• أن يكون المتقدم ليبي الجنسية ومقيماً حالياً في مدينة مصراتة.
• درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الكيمياء أو الأحياء أو علوم الأغذية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• معرفة أساسية بإجراءات الاختبارات المعملية وأخذ العينات والفحص.
• يفضل الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة الجودة وممارسات التصنيع الجيد.
• معرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel.
• الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل والقدرة على التحليل.
• القدرة على اتباع الإجراءات والمحافظة على دقة السجلات.
• إجادة التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Quality Executive

Job Description

The Quality Executive supports quality-control and quality-assurance activities by inspecting materials and finished products, performing routine tests, maintaining accurate records and monitoring compliance with approved quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials against approved specifications.
• Collect samples from production lines and finished products for testing.
• Perform routine physical, chemical and visual quality tests.
• Accurately record test and inspection results.
• Identify and report materials or products that do not meet quality requirements.
• Assist in investigating quality deviations, defects and customer complaints.
• Monitor production activities for compliance with approved procedures and standards.
• Verify product packaging, labelling and general appearance.
• Maintain retention samples and laboratory records.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained, cleaned and calibrated.
• Monitor hygiene and housekeeping standards in production and storage areas.
• Assist with internal audits and corrective-action follow-up.
• Support the preparation and revision of quality procedures and forms.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams regarding quality matters.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must be Libyan nationals and currently residing in Misrata.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing, sampling and inspection procedures.
• Understanding of quality-management systems and good manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
