About the Role:

As a Project Manager at Lazzoni Libya, you will be responsible for managing client projects from consultation to delivery. This position blends sales, interior design coordination, and customer service into one dynamic role. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients choose furniture solutions that reflect their style and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their space, style, and functional needs.

• Present Lazzoni’s product offerings and customization options.

• Create detailed project proposals and close high-ticket sales.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution.

• Track project timelines and proactively handle challenges.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Use CRM systems to track sales activities and follow-ups.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Must be an Engineer (Civil, Architectural, Industrial, or related field).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Good design sense and understanding of spatial planning.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking.

• good level of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in interior design, furniture retail, or architecture.

• Knowledge of design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.
