مدير مصنع–Factory Manager

Who are we?

Auria is a fast-growing Libyan manufacturer of natural, EDC-free botanical hair-care products: sidr, henna, herbal masks, mshat, oils and single herbs. We make everything in-house, from raw herbs and oils to finished, packaged products, and sell across Libya through couriers and a growing wholesale channel to pharmacies and shops. We are scaling production and are hiring a Factory Manager to own our factory in Tripoli end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily production: raw herbs and oils → semi-finished → finished, packaged goods.
• Plan and schedule manufacturing orders against sales demand and stock cover, together with operations and procurement.
• Own quality: raw-material checks, hygiene, batch consistency, labelling and packaging standards.
• Manage the raw-material, packaging and finished-goods stores at the factory and keep stock counts accurate.
• Deliver finished goods to our sales hub on time, with every transfer correctly recorded.
• Raise material needs to procurement early; receive and check supplier deliveries.
• Lead and train the production team; set daily targets and track output, waste and downtime.
• Record every movement in Odoo (manufacturing orders, transfers, receipts) and send a short daily production report.
• Drive improvements in cost, yield, safety and capacity as the product range grows.

Experience and Skills

• 3+ years managing production in food, cosmetics, herbal or FMCG manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of GMP, hygiene and quality control.
• Experience with inventory and production planning; ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
• Able to lead a hands-on team and solve problems on the factory floor.
• Organised and reliable, with clear reporting habits.
• Arabic required; working English is a plus.

Work Structure

• Schedule: Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Location: on-site at our factory in Tripoli
• Reporting To:General Manager
• Tech Stack: Odoo+Google Sheets
• Probation: 3 months (paid at a probation rate)
