Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant based in Tripoli, Libya.

The consultant will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional tasks include supporting HR management activities, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) management principles and practices
• Experience with developing and implementing HR Policies and maintaining HR Management systems
• Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law, including compliance requirements and employment standards
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team
• Previous experience in consultancy or a corporate HR environment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Must be able to travel within Libya without restrictions
