Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant & Trainer

About the Company and the Role

Higher Atamyuz is an IT solutions and digital transformation company that helps businesses improve their operations through technology. Its services include business software implementation, ERP solutions, consulting, training, and technical support.

We are looking for a motivated candidate with a solid technical foundation and a strong willingness to learn to join our team as an Odoo Functional Consultant & Trainer.

The successful candidate will work with customers to understand their business needs, analyze workflows, assist with Odoo configuration, train users, and follow up after go-live to ensure the effective implementation and use of the solutions provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers to understand their business activities, daily operations, and requirements.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear business processes and practical Odoo workflows.
• Assist in configuring Odoo to meet customer requirements in coordination with the project team.
• Follow implementation stages and document requirements, feedback, and completed tasks.
• Test system configurations and workflows to ensure they meet customer needs.
• Deliver practical training sessions to help customers use the system effectively.
• Follow up with customers after go-live, collect feedback, and coordinate issue resolution with the relevant team.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and workflow documentation.
• Prepare reports on customer visits, completed tasks, and project progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Good computer and technical skills, with a strong willingness to learn Odoo and ERP systems.
• Very good communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs, analyze problems, and document requirements clearly.
• Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, learn continuously, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous exposure to Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Experience in user training or preparing user guides and training materials.
• A valid driving license.
