The Infection Control Officer is responsible for maintaining and monitoring infection prevention and control standards throughout the clinic.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily rounds to identify infection risks and unsafe practices.
- Ensure proper hand hygiene, PPE use, cleaning, and disinfection.
- Monitor waste segregation and safe disposal practices.
- Report infection control incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide staff guidance and brief training on infection prevention.
- Maintain infection control records, checklists, and reports.
- Coordinate with management and clinical staff to improve infection control practices.

مسؤول عن متابعة وتطبيق معايير الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحة العدوى داخل المصحة.
المهام اليومية:
- متابعة الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى.
- القيام بجولات يومية لاكتشاف مخاطر العدوى والممارسات غير الآمنة.
- التأكد من الالتزام بنظافة اليدين واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية.
- متابعة عمليات التنظيف والتطهير والتعقيم.
- * التأكد من فرز النفايات الطبية والتخلص منها بطريقة آمنة.
- الإبلاغ عن حالات ومخاطر العدوى واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- توعية وتدريب الموظفين على ممارسات الوقاية من العدوى.
- تحديث سجلات وتقارير وقوائم متابعة مكافحة العدوى.
- التنسيق مع الإدارة والطاقم الطبي لتحسين مستوى مكافحة العدوى.
