Septimius Security is hiring an HR Manager
Septimius Security is looking for an experienced, dependable HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding
•Lead and supervise the HR team
•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
•Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
•Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
•Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role
•Hands-on experience with Odoo (HR module)
•Good command of the English language, written and spoken
•Proven ability to lead and manage a team
•Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
•Experience in the security sector is an advantage
Work Schedule
•6 days per week
•9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
