Misk Aloula for Tourism Services is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as:

Executive Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the company’s operations, drive business growth, and contribute to the development of our tourism and travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s daily operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
• Prepare management reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Represent the company with clients, partners, and relevant organizations.

Requirements:

• Age: 35 years and above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience.
• Experience in the tourism and travel industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Fluency in English.

Working Hours:

8:00 am – 4:00 pm
