Field Supervisor

REHLA for Sustainable Development is looking for a Field Supervisor to support the implementation of the Green Libya – Planting Hope project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and follow up on field activities and tree-planting initiatives.
• Coordinate with volunteers, schools, and project participants.
• Support environmental awareness and community engagement activities.
• Collect field data, attendance records, and activity information.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare field updates.
• Report field progress, challenges, and observations to the Project Officer.
• Support project coordination and other related field tasks as required.

Requirements

• Experience in field coordination, project activities, community engagement, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with volunteers, schools, and community members.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work primarily in the field and travel when required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time , On-site
Working Days: 5 days per week / 40 hours
Work Arrangement:  70% field-based / 30% office-based
