Duty Station: Tripoli, with field visits as required
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Overview

REHLA for Sustainable Development is seeking a motivated and organized Project Officer to support the implementation of the Rehla Volunteer Program (Youth Leadership & Volunteer Ecosystem). The role focuses on daily coordination, follow-up, documentation, and support of volunteer activities, trainings, and field implementation to ensure smooth program execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the volunteer program.
• Follow up with volunteers and support task completion.
• Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and field activities.
• Maintain volunteer databases and tracking systems.
• Support data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist in communication between teams, volunteers, and partners.
• Support logistical arrangements for field activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or NGO work.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
