يتولى مدير الجودة مسؤولية إدارة نظام الجودة وضمان مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفات المعتمدة والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الجودة قبل اعتمادها. ويشمل الدور الإشراف على عمليات الفحص والاختبار والتدقيق ومعالجة حالات عدم المطابقة والتحسين المستمر.

مهام الوظيفة

• وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية الجودة ومعاييرها وإجراءاتها.
• الإشراف على فحص المواد الواردة ومراحل الإنتاج والمنتجات النهائية.
• اعتماد المنتجات وإدارة المنتجات المحجوزة أو غير المطابقة.
• قيادة تحقيقات الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
• إدارة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي وتدقيق الموردين وعمليات التدقيق الخارجية.
• ضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المنتجات والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
• الإشراف على اختبارات المختبر ومعايرة المعدات ومراقبة الوثائق.
• تطوير ثقافة الجودة وتعزيزها لدى فرق الإنتاج والمخازن وسلسلة التوريد.
• متابعة مؤشرات أداء الجودة وشكاوى العملاء وإغلاق حالات عدم المطابقة.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• درجة البكالوريوس في الجودة أو الكيمياء أو علوم الأغذية أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة الجودة ضمن قطاع التصنيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول.
• خبرة قوية في أنظمة إدارة الجودة والتدقيق والرقابة المختبرية والامتثال التنظيمي.
• معرفة بإجراءات اعتماد المنتجات والتحليل الجذري للأسباب والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
• معرفة بمعايير ISO وGMP وHACCP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• خبرة في معايرة المعدات وإدارة الوثائق والسجلات.
• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً.

Quality Manager

Job Description

The Quality Manager is responsible for managing the quality management system and ensuring that products meet approved specifications, regulatory requirements and quality standards before release. The role includes overseeing inspections, testing, audits, non-conformance management and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the site’s quality strategy, standards and procedures.
• Oversee incoming-material, in-process and finished-product quality controls.
• Approve product releases and manage blocked or non-conforming products.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage internal, supplier and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications and local regulatory requirements.
• Oversee laboratory testing, equipment calibration and document control.
• Build and promote quality awareness across Production, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor quality performance indicators, customer complaints and non-conformance closure.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of quality-management experience within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, laboratory controls and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in product release, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP and HACCP standards is preferred.
• Experience in equipment calibration and document and record control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
