We’re Hiring: Inventory Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring maximum supply efficiency while minimizing stock discrepancies and financial loss.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor inbound and outbound stock movements to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in the ERP/Inventory Management System.
• Conduct routine physical stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
• Prepare and report stock adjustment requests for approval and update the ERP system accordingly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly stock movement reports.
• Monitor stock storage and support shipment receiving and offloading activities.
• Ensure accurate barcode scanning, delivery counts, and stock categorization across multiple storage locations.

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in an Inventory Controller or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Odoo, or Oracle.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work between office and warehouse/store environments.
