Role Overview
We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and detail-oriented Watchkeeper/Radio Operator to join our Operations team. You will be the central hub of our organization, responsible for monitoring real-time activities, tracking missions, and ensuring seamless communication between field personnel and management.
Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring: Maintain constant surveillance of CCTV cameras, GPS vehicle tracking systems, and project activities.

Mission Coordination: Precisely record all project movements and mission logs.

Personnel Safety: Track the movement of foreign staff and provide regular status updates to ensure their safety.

Access Control: Manage and oversee security access and site integrity.

Reporting: Prepare and submit professional daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Incident Response: Provide immediate, clear, and real-time reporting of incidents to Operations Management.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive logistics and personnel data with absolute discretion.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language: Professional Proficiency in English is Mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly with foreign staff and write reports in English.

Focus: Ability to remain calm and attentive during long shifts and under pressure.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in basic computer software (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning tracking software.

Integrity: A high level of personal ethics regarding sensitive information.
